Collection Instructions Collect CSF in 3-4 sterile, labeled, capped tubes that are numbered 1,2,3 and 4 in the fill order. Tube 2 should be submitted and should contain enough spinal fluid for all tests requested and be free from peripheral blood.
Handling Instructions Do not store specimen. Transport to testing lab immediately.
