Preferred Container Client must order kits through Supplies (Quest Diagnostics 24 Hr Urine Kit).

Optimum Volume 24 Hr container: 2500 mL
Plastic Vials: Fill to the top of the manufacturer's label -
DO NOT OVERFILL.
Collection Instructions Do Not combine with any other tests.
Handling Instructions Tighten the cap of the 24 Hr container and shake vigorously for ONE MINUTE. Specimen must be transferred into the 2 plastic vials provided within FOUR HOURS of collection
Pour and fill the 2 plastic vials with the mixed urine
DO NOT REMOVE the contents in the 2 plastic vials
Refer to the written instructions on the Intranet.
