Collection InstructionsDo Not combine with any other tests.
Handling InstructionsTighten the cap of the 24 Hr container and shake vigorously for ONE MINUTE. Specimen must be transferred into the 2 plastic vials provided within FOUR HOURS of collection
Pour and fill the 2 plastic vials with the mixed urine
DO NOT REMOVE the contents in the 2 plastic vials
