      to multiple factors, including interfering medications
      (proton-pump inhibitors, exposure to Integrillin or
      Aggrastat within 48 hours, or exposure to ReoPro within
      10 days), genetic variations, co-existent medical
      conditions (diabetes, low hematocrit or low platelet
      count), or non-compliance.
